Phone System Review
Dog and Bone has been assisting organisations with their phone systems for many years. Areas in which we have provided relevant consultancy include designing phone systems, implementing procurement policies, managing site relocations, and determining VoIP viability. A typical Phone System Review service would include:
Design - Dog and Bone would assist in the design specifications of the Phone System. This would include assessment of all fixed line infrastructure requirements (ISDN and PSTN), encompassing details such as number of lines, staff and sites, as well as various configuration options. If VoIP were a consideration, then appropriate data links would be assessed.
Pricing Request and Vendor Negotiation - Armed with your exact requirements, we would negotiate with selected phone system providers to ensure the most competitive quotes are achieved and every detail of their pricing schedule is captured in our analysis.
Reporting - Dog and Bone would compile a detailed report, clearly outlining the financial realities, including our recommendations and clear, detailed assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of each provider.
Implementation Management - Dog and Bone would assist with the implementation of new phone systems and fixed line infrastructure. This would include a follow up one month later to ensure the systems have been set up as per the agreement.
