Data Network Profiling
We will analyse your current data infrastructure to ensure a detailed profile of your network is captured. This allows us accurately to source the best rates for your actual usage and infrastructure specifications. Dog and Bone’s usual approach is to outline two network options, one based on your minimum requirements (or what we can achieve within your current budget), the other based on your ideal network. This achieves two goals; it allows you to see what the upgrade potential is for each site across a wide range of carriers and, budget permitting increasing your network capacity in a targeted way.Carrier Negotiation
Dog and Bone will then conduct negotiations with your incumbent provider and selected competing providers, to ensure their service offerings are the most competitive and are tailored to your specific requirements and usage. Dog and Bone has extensive experience in data negotiations, and very well established relationships with all the large providers, allowing us to get the best information and the best pricing – quickly.Detailed Reporting
Dog and Bone will compile a detailed report, clearly outlining the financial realities of accepting a new provier’s offer. It will also include Dog and Bone’s summary and address any additional points in detail. This report forms an excellent management/board presentation.
Contract Proof and Free Rates Verification
We will assess contracts before signing to ensure that they reflect the provider’s proposal. After the contract has been implemented, a free Rates Verification on your first month’s bill is also included to ensure you are receiving the contracted rates. Often data companies don’t actually implement the pricing that you have agreed to.
Implementation Management
We also offer full Implementation Management as a separate service, ensuring that all facets of your network are implemented correctly and in a timely manner. This will heavily reduce the risk of potential errors.
